Meet the Founder
Sera Cremona
Sera Cremona is a business development strategist and connector with more than 15 years of B2B experience across Nashville’s commercial real estate, AEC, and service-based industries. As Founder and Chief Consultant of Cremona Consulting, she helps businesses grow through purposeful relationships, creative positioning, and insight-driven strategy.
Known for bringing clarity and momentum to complex growth challenges, Sera blends big-picture vision with a practical approach that helps teams stay aligned and move forward with confidence.
Before launching Cremona Consulting, Sera co-founded Cremona Custom Built (CCB) in 2015, Nashville’s premier custom furniture and millwork studio serving clients including Amazon, Apple Music, Hines, BMG, and Vanderbilt. A former art consultant and 2008 New York transplant, she also founded Drinkers & Thinkers, an invite-only women’s networking platform that fosters connection and collaboration across industries.
Sera is a Virginia Tech alum, wife, and proud mother of two, Johnny and Mia.
